At 100%, this font is approximatively 20 mm (3/4 inch) high.
It can be scaled up to 140% (approx. 28 mm, 1 inch) or scaled down to 80% (approx. 16mm, 0.6 inch).
This feature will be part of an upcoming Ink/Stitch release. It is not yet integrated in Ink/Stitch.
Excalibur Small is a variation of this font with different embroidery settings. Pull compensation, density and underlays are different to allow to scale down between 50% (10 mm, 0.4 inch) and 25% (5mm ,1/5 inch).
That’s why in the lettering dialog window, if using Excalibur small, you will have to pick up a scale between 25 and 50%.
Contrarly to Excalibur KOR, Excalibur Small MUST be embroidered with thread and needle smaller than usual. A USA 8 (EUR 60) size needle, and 60WT thread MUST be used.
