Namskout AGS und Namskout Tartan

Bei einer Größe ist die Schrift ~ 100 mm groß (4 Zoll)

Sie kann auf 150 % vergrößert (~150 mm, 6 Zoll) und bis zu 50% (~50 mm, 2 Zoll) herunterskaliert werden.

Namskout relief

Namskout Relief is more tolerant and may be scaled from 20% (approx 18mm 3/4 inch) to as big as your hoop can contain.

Anwendung

Namskout AGS

Namskout AGS ist eine Applikationsschrift:

• erste Farbe (rot) ist für die Platzierung
• zweite Farbe (grün) für die Befestigung des Applikationsstoffes
• Überstehenden Stoff nach dem Sticken der zweiten Farbe wegschneiden
• dritte Farbe (schwarz) ist die Satinsäule für einen schönen Randabschluss

Namskout Relief

As is, Namskout Relief is to be used this way :

• hoop some lining fabric
• embroider the first color (red). It is a positioning running stitch which indicates where to place the foam to obtain a relief effect.
• place the foam on top and then embroider the second color (green): this triple stitch will cut out the foam.
• remove excess foam and install the “final” fabric.
• embroider the last color (blue): A quintuple stitch is embroidered around the letters.

If you embroider several letters, it is possible to color sort. Here is a way to do it

If you remove the stroke color from the green paths and replace it with a fill color, you can also use the font in the following way:

• hoop the final fabric with the stabilizer.
• embroider the fill stitches(for example a tartan filling or a linear gradient filling).
• tape the foam to the back of the stabilizer.
• embroider the second color (red): this triple stitch will cut the foam.
• remove excess foam and place a liner under the foam.
• embroider the last color (blue): A quintuple stitch is embroidered around the letters, sandwiching the foam between the lining and the final fabric.

Namskout Tartan

Namskout Tartan ist eine Tartan-Schrift. Jeder Buchstabe hat ein eigenes Tartan-Muster. Daher ist das Sticken dieser Schrift nichts für schwache Nerven, denn es gibt sehr viele Farbwechsel. Durch eine Variation mit nur einem Tartan-Muster, kann dieser Prozess kann erheblich vereinfacht werden - allerdings wird das Stockergebnis dadurch auch weniger farbenfroh.
