Emilio Simple
At 100%, this font is approximatively 42 mm (1.75 inches) high. It can be scaled up to 140% (approx. 60 mm, 2.5 inches) or scaled down to 50% (approx. 25 mm , 1 inch).
Emilio 20 Bold
At 100%, this font is approximatively 50 mm (2 inches) high. It can be scaled up to 140% (approx. 70mm, 2.8 inches) but should not be scaled down.
Emilio 20 Applique
Same dimension as Emilio Bold, but applique ready :
- first color is placement. Add the applique fabric after that tep. May also be used to prepare a cutting machine file.
- second color is tackdown. After that step you need to cut the applique fabric.
- third color is the satin column.
Emilio 20
At 100%, this font is approximatively 50 mm (2 inches) high. It can be scaled up to 140% (approx. 70mm, 2.8 inches) or scaled down to 70% (approx. 35 mm , 1.5 inches).
Emilio 20 Tricolore
At 100%, this font is approximatively 100mm (4 inches) It may be scaled up to 120% (approx. 120 mm, 5 inches) or scaled down to 90% (approx.en 90 mm, 3.5 inches).
Emilio 20 Simple Small
Emilio 20 Simple Small is a variation of this font with different embroidery settings. Pull compensation, density and underlays are different to allow to scale down between 40% (20mm, 0.75 inch) and 25% (8mm ,1/3 inch). That’s why in the lettering dialog window, if using Emilio 20 Simple Small, you will have to pick up a scale between 25 and 40%.
Contrarly to Emilio 20 Simple, Emilio 20 Simple Small MUST be embroidered with thread and needle smaller than usual. A USA 8 (EUR 60) size needle, and 60WT thread MUST be used.
Emilio 20 Tartan
At 100%, this font is approximatively 45mm (1.75 inches) It may be scaled up to 150% (approx. 66 mm, 2.5 inches) or scaled down to 65% (approx.en 30 mm, 1.25 inches).
Utilisée à 100%, cette fonte fait environ 45 mm de haut. Elle peut être agrandie jusqu’à 150% (env 67 mm) ou diminuée jusqu’à 65% (env 30 mm).
This is yet another Emilio variation. It aims at looking liking like a Tartan Appliqué. The satin border is much lighter as in the other Emilio Variation. Each letter has its own tartan, therefore embroidering it as is is not for the faint of heart ! Quite a few threads changes are required. Color sorting
If you embroider several letters and are not using the tartan variation you may wish to color sort. It is possible, providing the sorting respects the relative order inside each letter. This is a way to do it
